Each class begins with a warm up, followed by boxing, functional training, abdominal exercises, weight training, general fitness and lastly stretching. A variety of equipment is utilized in the hour session.
Fight Club SA offers a unique benefit of flexible workout times. As a member, you can attend the session that suits your schedule, and change it from week to week (limited to the session time and respective package).
Kids' CLASSESThe kids’ classes are aimed at improving boxing skills, learning self discipline as well as self defense. The classes begin with a warm up followed by amateur boxing, functional training, abdominal exercises and stretching.
Private CLASSESPrivate classes begin with a warm up followed by an hour of focused training in one or many disciplines offered. Private classes allow the trainer to focus on your particular objectives and achieve them within the session.
8 WEEK Challenge
Three times a week dedicated group classes. When entry form we will email you a short questionnaire to understand your lifestyle, dietary requirements and goals. This will be followed by a telephonic consultation with “YOUR” nutritionist to ensure the best nutrition for your lifestyle over the next 8 weeks.
Group CLASSESClasses consist of a high intensity boxing session using a combination of heavy bag boxing routines and functional strength training. Improve your skills, fitness and body composition
