Our 8 week challenge starts on the 14th of Jan and consist of the following:
- Three Group Sessions a week.
- One Yoga Session a week
- Calorie controlled meals
- Gloves/ Wraps and other FC gear
- Weekly progress check ins including bi weekly weigh ins
This is the perfect quick result program for weight loss. With increased activity levels and controlled calorie intake results should be between 8kg and 15kg for the initial 8 weeks throw in unlimited classes for the remaining period and you’ll get results that stay.
