- We have over 13 locations across JHB and PTA you are are to use any of our gyms
- Each of our gyms have 10 classes a day Monday to Friday
- We open at 5am with our last class at 7pm
- 3 classes on Saturdays with Yoga at 10 and Sparring at 11
- We do Boxing Fitness Right
- Our transformation challenge for members starts in May at only R150pm
